The glutes are more than just a pair of cheeks . . . Not only are they the primary power producers of the body (i.e. forward propulsion), but they help to extend, abduct and rotate the thighbone within the hip socket. The glutes also work to stabilise the pelvis (together with the abdominals & inner thighs) in the frontal plane . . . A lot of the above going on in this exercise! Here, the glutes of the lower leg are working isometrically together with the abs to stabilise and maintain a neutral spine + pelvis. The glutes of the upper leg are working dynamically to abduct the leg as well as to produce rotation within the hip socket . . . Bonus! Axial rotations such as those shown are a great way of “communicating” with the hip capsule, thereby helping to center the femoral head within the socket and working overall mobility of the hip joint . . . See previous post for set-up; focus here is to keep the hips pressing forward and isolating rotation of the femur within the socket. LEGS WORKOUT ️‍♀️ May be the most complicated workouts are the legs training. At least for me. I do these workouts 2 times per week. This is a big weights training with 6-8 reps in every set. The second workout I do with light weights. It is about 50 mins. And after that I used to be deadly tired. Sometimes I go directly to the bed and stay there till the end of the day. Legs workout I always do just after a good sleep and good breakfast . If no I can't work out my training shedule. The most important for the successes is TO SLEEP WELL, TO EAT PROPERLY, TO DO REGULAR WORKOUTS. If you miss one of this 3 main things so you just "damage" 2 another ones. If I do not sleep well I can't to work it out 10000% and what about you? How many times you do train your legs... P.S. Never do legs workout on Monday... it is always a busy day ;) So in your opinion how many legs trainings better to have per week? ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ТРЕНИРОВКА НОГ ️‍♀️. Тренировка ног пожалуй самая сложная для меня тренировка из всех существующих. Я тренирую ноги 2 раза в неделю. Первая тренировка это тяжелая тренировка с большими весами и повторений 6-8 в каждом подходе и базовые упражнения. И вторая тренировка это легкие веса и много повторений . (15 и больше ) в среднем по времени тренировка ног длится примерно 50 минут и потом я просто в ауте . Бывает такое, что после тренировки я даже не встаю с кровати весь остаток дня ноги тренирую только после того как я выспалась и хорошо покушала в противном случае я не смогу сделать то что запланировано . Залог успеха и достижения спортивной цели это СОН, ПИТАНИЕ И ТРЕНИРОВКИ . Если что то одно присутствует в недостаточном количестве , то выпадают и две другие составляющие . Лично я не могу мало поспать и пойти на тренировку и выложится на 100% а ты можешь? Как часто тренируешь ноги? ⚠️ Wait, core is involved? ⚠️ • • Happy #humpday everyone! So, following up on that last post, this is another exercise that I did focusing on the back. I decided to take it to another level and incorporate core and shoulder stability. • This exercise is mainly for the back, but if done correctly, your core is going to be lighting up, specifically the obliques! This is way harder than it looks. Notice the amount of concentration and engagement from my core to allow my hips not to shift, while also performing the renegade row exercise. The hips should stay level to the floor, and should not shift from side to side. • In my programming, there will be moments of a core-only day, but it's rare. Instead, I like to incorporate the core in the other muscle groups I plan on targeting. It goes much more than just training the core and getting the six pack you desire, granted your diet is on point. It's being able to translate a strong core to a variety of movements, and keeping the integrity of your body in check ✅ • Try it out!
