In my stories last week I talked about doing a Blue Tansy Challenge this month. Summer is often a time where I tend to procrastinate, get distracted, and move a little slower. I wanted to push back against that tendency so I could continue to create abundance in my business and my relationships, by being intentional, purposeful, and focused with how I use my time and energy. . Blue tansy is the oil of Inspired Action, and after observing a few other people who took part in this challenge last month and hearing their results, I decided to give this challenge a try myself. . It’s been a week, and I wanted to share some of my experiences. I began using this oil undiluted on my big toe first thing every morning. I have noticed a few benefits including • increased focus • intentional action throughout the day • courage to step out of my comfort zone and do things I normally would shy away from (for example: calling people on the phone!) • increased productivity • less wasting time • increased creativity and problem solving • the desire to collaborate and solve problems also increased. . Another observation I’ve had: • my brain felt incredibly stimulated. So much so that it was hard to turn it off at night (see previous post about nighttime blend I’ve been using for that) . I made a roller today with blue tansy diluted to see if that gives me all the above benefits with less of the evening restlessness I described. . I’ll keep sharing my experience in my stories as the month goes on!
