THIS IS ME | A conversation I was having in a group chat last night got me thinking about how I think about myself. I don’t like my photo being taken much and I’m picky as anything about my flaws, I was reminded last night that I shouldn’t focus on these as only I see them So, hi to all my new followers, I’m Sam and I feel very grateful to have you join me on my adventure in making clothes children will love A little about me, I work 4 days a week at my day job and fit sewing around being a wife and Mama. I’ve been sewing since I was young and picked up my passion for creating gorgeous clothes again when my daughter was small I just love seeing children wearing clothes designed to maintain their childhood, our focus as parents has been to keep our daughter young and let her enjoy her childhood. This rolls over into the clothes I make, as my daughter gets older and taller I’ve found her wearing clothes for children 2 years older than her age and I don’t always like what I see on the high street. So I’ve been developing my style and range to allow children to embrace their childhood and imagination. I hope you like the styles and fabrics too? I have to admit I’m having so much fun doing it Where did the name come from? My daughter is called Poppy, affectionately Popsy to me and one of my most rewarding jobs so far is being her Mama, hence Popsy and Mama #popsyandmama

JUST THE TWO OF US- We had a lovely shopping trip yesterday. It was so nice to spend the time with just my eldest baby. It’s not always easy to find time for one on one time but I think it’s really important. It also ticked one thing off her easter holidays list! We managed to get a few little bits and had fun trying on lots! Have a look on my story for what we got. Our shopping trip got cut short ( before we got to @zara ) because little Myla’s lips got worse. If you watch my story you will know that her lips have been turning on off blue since she has been ill. Anyway I finally got some proper checks on her and thank goodness it doesn’t appear to be serious. They believe it’s an infection ‍♀️. I guess I will just have to continue watching how she is. We were kindly #gifted these chocolate lambs for the children from @friarschocolate I had the truffle eggs which were Amazing! The children loved the lambs. Ever since I first met my husband he has been telling me he will knock me something up!!!! Promises of a master build.
