Go look out your window I would almost guarantee you see someone jogging.

It’s not the end of the world, it’s just not the best. Jogging tends to release cortisol which makes it very difficult to keep muscle on. Jogging also, takes its toll on the knees and hips because people tend to increase the amount of time they exercise.

So now they are jogging or “yogging”, I believe it’s a soft J for way too long hurting their body and progress.

If you want lose fat you should choose high intensity cardio or low intensity cardio.

I personally went towards high intensity because it is way more time efficient and in my opinion more effective because of the afterburn. You will continue to burn more cals for 24-48 hours later.

Choose which one you like best and do that. Just don’t get seen jogging by me because I’ll trip you and then challenge you to 10 short sprint races in a row. Turning that jogging into HIIT!
