#HumbleTutorial Day 30 (Feb 21st) #HumbleAsana - Savasana//Corpse Pose. Day 30 lands in Mousse's 3rd Birthday !! Savasana, the final resting posture of the practice. B.K.S. Iyengar suggests a 5 minute savasana per 30 minutes of practice. It truly is the most important posture of the practice and should not be skipped. Your body is able to soak in your practice at a deep cellular level, as well as offering stillness to the mind and body.
