Yet, many youth experiencing a mental health challenge feel like they have no one to talk to, no one who understands them, and nowhere to turn to get help. The month of May is a time to come together and take a stand for mental health. Here at Bigs and Littles NYC, we not only recognize the positive impact mentoring can have on the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of children and youth but is also committed to reducing stigma, increasing awareness, and advocating for people with mental health challenges every day.
