2011년 봄.. 애프터쿨보이즈라는 애칭을 가진 연습생의 데뷔곡을 작업하게 되었었다.. 작업후 뮤비에 100인조 오케스트라가 나올예정이어서 난 100인조 풀 오케스트라 악보작업까지 해야했다.. 여름부터 시작된 녹음은 연습녹음-녹음-맘에안듬 다시녹음-키 바꿈 녹음-다시 재녹음-3개월뒤ㅜ또녹음.. 아마도 거의 8개월 가량을 신사역에서 10여분을 걸어가야하는 회사로 출퇴근을 했고.. 결국은 무슨이유인지 모르겠지만 데뷔곡이 바뀌어 애들은 데뷔를 했다.. 뭐 언젠간 하겠지... 그렇게 세월이 흘러 9년이 흘렀고.. 회사에서 갑자기 연락이 왔다.. 그때 함께했던 스탭들은 모두 퇴사하시고.. 뭐랄까 함께 고생했던 사람들에게 드디어 이게 나왔어요.. 하고 이야기 해주고 같이 기뻐하고 싶지만 시간은 이미 8년의 세월이 흘러서 이곡에 피아노를 연주해준 지인도 이젠 연락이 안된다.. 한국말도 제대로 못하던 아이부터 한참 배고플 나이에 항상 6천원 이하 메뉴로 끼니를 해결해야 하고 새벽 5시에 기상해서 새벽 1-2시에 숙소에 귀가하던 아이들.. 예전 회사의 저 철문을 열면 지금이라도 애들이 나와 인사할것만 같은... 어찌보면 이곡은 데뷔전 아이들의 희망과 바램,소망 그리고 절실함이 모두 묻어있어 후반 편집하는 내내 옛 추억과 그동안 힘들었던 일들이 생각나 자꾸 눈물이.....ㅠㅠ 이거 밝은 노래인데... 마무리를 모두 다 같이 했었으면 좋았을것을.. 그동안 모두 고생하고 수고했다는 말 한마디라도 전해주고 싶은데.... #아무튼 이 곡 많이 사랑해주세요 #그럼 더 좋은 일이 생길수도 있을거에요.. #뉴이스트 #블레싱 #blessing
