Ingredients: - 500g / 2 cups plain yogurt - 50g / 0.25 cup peanut butter - 1 tbsp jelly or jam I melted the peanut butter and jelly in the microwave to make it easier to make it really easier to swirl them through the yogurt! Freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours and you'll have a delicious frozen snack that the kids will love this summer! I’ve used normal plain yogurt in my recipe but dairy free yogurt will work too.

Yo creo que es la receta que más me habéis pedido por DM con diferencia . . En la repostería casera el plátano para mi es el alimento estrella, por qué? Endulza las recetas sin necesidad de edulcorantes o azúcares, además de darle un toque rico. Es de las frutas preferidas de Enzo! Pero esta receta la puedes hacer también solo de mango . . INGREDIENTES: 1 trozo de mango (un poco menos de la mitad) 1/2 plátano 2 huevos ecológicos 150 gr de harina de avena (o la que quieras) Una cda. de AOVE 1/2 dátil (opcional) Canela al gusto Una pizca de bicarbonato de sodio (una cdita o menos) esto hará que quede más esponjoso y suban un poco pero es opcional. . . Yo le puse solo 1/2 dátil para que quedara un poco más dulce, no me gusta abusar porque aunque sea una fruta no deja de ser un endulzante aunque natural, y si abusamos podemos “mal educar” el paladar de nuestro bebé haciendo que tenga preferencias por alimentos más dulces y rechace en un futuro las verduras ⚠️ . . PROCEDIMIENTO: 1. Cortamos la fruta, le quitamos el hueso al dátil y lo partimos por la mitad 2. En un mismo recipiente batimos los huevos, la fruta y la canela 3. En otro recipiente más grande echamos la mezcla batida y vamos añadiendo poco a poco la harina mientras vamos mezclando para conseguir una mezcla homogénea 4. Añadimos el bicarbonato de sodio y seguimos mezclando 5. Vertemos la mezcla en los moldes (no hace falta engrasarlos si son de silicona) 6. Al horno calor abajo 180 grados unos 15 min o hasta que doren. . . Desliza para ver el paso a paso en vídeo y foto y a Enzo probándolos por primera vez . . So simple, nutritious and bloomin’ delicious!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Love this recipe? Be sure to give it a like and tag a friend who’ll love it too! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients (Serves 3 large portions) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • 250g of macaroni pasta (any pasta shape will work) ⠀⠀⠀ • 7 blocks of frozen spinach. You can use fresh but you’ll need to finely chop the leaves and add to the sauce in the pan, rather than in the microwave) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • 500ml of whole milk (or plant based alternative) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • 100g of cheddar cheese (nutritional yeast can be replaced here) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • A good grinding of black pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil - I used @coconutmerchant (or butter) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • 2 tablespoons of corn flour (plain flour can also be used but I find corn flour gives a smoother consistency) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Method; ⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1) Get your pasta on to boil. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2) To a microwaveable jug, add the spinach and milk. Cook for 3 minutes so the spinach is nearly defrosted and the milk slightly warmed. Meanwhile grate your cheese. ⠀⠀⠀ 3) In a hot pan, add the coconut oil and the corn flour. Stir and cook for a minute and then add the spinach milk. ⠀⠀⠀ 4) Stir till starting to thicken, add the black pepper and cheese and keep stirring till you have a nice thick sauce. ⠀ 5) Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, stir and serve with an extra grating of cheese on top. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This meal is suitable from 6 months. For young babies, you can either cut up the pasta into smaller bits or use a larger pasta shape like fusilli. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❄️ The sauce will freeze very well.
