A lack of patience is something I have struggled with; anger and wrath is something I completely desire no part in. I have been like Jael against King Jabin’s Canaanite army (on a good day) and it is only by God’s Grace that I continue to be delivered from this sin that I so deeply desire to be fully rid of. Why do we love the Bible? Because it is God’s Word for us, showing us how we are to live according to His will, shares the saving gospel of Christ and gives us examples on how to be saved. After Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead the Chief Priests & Pharisees wanted to kill him again. They were threatened by his testimony.
