Seeded porridge. Soaked the oats and a heaped tbsp of mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame and flaxseed) for about an hour, in coconut milk then stirred though 2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt.
Added more coconut milk and slowly cooked, stirring regularly.
Spoon into bowl and then top with mix berry chia jam, blueberries, sliced banana, cacao nibs and it’s Friday so dark chocolate buttons with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

Ingredienti:
✳️2 uova
✳️70 gr zucchero di pura canna integrale muscovado @eridaniaitalia ✳️70 gr di olio di semi di girasole
✳️2 cucchiaini di lievito
✳️scorza grattugiata di un
✳️280 gr di farina integrale
Procedimento:
Sbattere la uova con le mani insieme allo zucchero,aggiungere l'olio e la scorza di limone continuando impastare...a poco a poco aggiungere la farina con il lievito fino a formare una palla (trasferirci su una spianatoia così da facilitarvi il lavoro).
Potete utilizzare la frolla subito o metterla in frigo...adesso farcire a vostro gradimento

These instant paniyarams are a savior, not just because it’s easy and quick. I have a new weird, abnormal and mysterious reason. Tuesday I made chutney for 2 breakfasts (yes, I make in bulk), that is for Tuesday and Wednesday. Then i realized dosa batter was lesser and there wasn’t any leftover for Wednesday. Panic “I will not let the chutney go waste on any random breakfast that otherwise doesn’t need chutney”.

Must prepare something that will definitely need chutney to go with so that this chutney is put to optimum use with a purpose.

Enter Wheat flour Dosa (Godambu Dosa) or Rava paniyaram. The latter usually wins since we just love these crisp little paniyarams

Rava (roasted or unroasted) - 1 cup
Yogurt - 1 cup + water - 1/2 cup (if using store bought yogurt)
Yogurt - 1 cup + water - 1/4 cup (if using homemade yogurt)
Mix and rest for 20-25 minutes.

Add chopped onions, grated carrot (optional), salt, cilantro, tiny pinch baking soda.
Add tempering of oil, curry leaves, green chilli, chana dal.
Mix. Pour few drops of oil in each cavity of the pan and drop small portions of batter.
