Meine letzten Wochen waren sehr gut gefüllt und ich hatte kaum Zeit für mich selbst. #yoga und #meditieren blieben auf der Strecke. Einzig das regelmäßige #laufen fiel nicht aus. Der Wind war heute sehr anstrengend und mein Körper müde, aber die wundervolle #natur und die liebe #laufbegleitung @plantfly gaben mir #kraft und #freude. Closing in on another birthday and defining how I want to age.
