Please forgive me for the oncoming cheese, but I really like the idea that the sun is teeechnically always shining, even on the rainy, dreary days. ☔️

Don't get me wrong, I love rainy days sometimes, but today for seemingly no reason I felt rather down even though I've had a long string of wonderful days. I felt like a bad, sad potato, and honestly started to tell myself a bunch of terrible thoughts before I realized it was just really useless negative self talk blargh!! I sorta just stopped and stared out at the rain for a few minutes (and I realized I was reenacting every sad scene in a movie LOL facepalm) and thinking about the whole sun is above the rain clouds thing made me remember all the things my life coach had taught me at the end of last year. So I tried really hard to pick myself up! I cracked open a window to smell the fresh air, did a tiny bit of exercise to get in my body and out of my head, and sat down to draw this! I honestly still don't feel amazing or anything, but I figure it's ok to have a bad day sometimes (or even a string of bad days!). Tomorrow will be different! ^^;

tldr; it's okay to be sad sometimes!
