Homemade Healthy Gummies So I made these gummies... fruit snacks? Whatever you want to call them But they make a great snack for your kiddos ... or for yourself. Umm yes... give me all the collagen please ‍♀️ There are so many variations to this recipe so feel free to play around with different fruit juices such as cranberry, apple or pomegranate:) I used silicone molds that I purchased from amazon ....................................................................... Ingredients .. . • 3 tablespoons grassfed gelatin (@vitalproteins Beef Gelatin from @amazon ) • 1/2 cup orange juice • 3 tablespoons raw honey • Additional flavoring - I like to use 2-3 drops of @doterra lemon or wild orange essential oil for a boost of flavor and of course their amazing antioxidant benefits (google D-limonene ... FYI all DōTERRA citrus oils have a super high amount of this) ............................................................................ *** Instructions Whisk orange juice, honey and gelatin in a sauce pan until there are no lumps. Heat over low heat until it's nice and melty, stirring constantly. Add natural food coloring and/or essential oils of choice if desired - you're almost done now! Grab an ice cube tray or silicone mold. You can use a basic pan, too, and then just cut into squares or use a cookie cutter after it's set. Pour in the mixture, then pop in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to firm up. Once they're out of the freezer they will stay firm at room temperature. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. You can double and even triple this recipe
