Love Message 8/5✨ Sometimes we feel as though we are trapped in the eye of a storm, spiralling out of control, feeling as though we are watching ourselves go through the motions of being unhappy, in pain, depressed, unsure or lost; feeling like we are stuck in a never ending cycle of crap. The pain could be real, the heart broken, your mind torn as you over think and over analyse every bit of that conversation or every action that they made (otherwise known as me when Arya refused Gendry... they need to be endgame, fight me). But the truth is you have left the darkness behind. You’re moving forward leaving it further and further behind with every step. Life is on the incline for you now, and you’re beginning to go higher, about to reach new amazing heights. You are climbing closer and closer to the sun, to the light, so watch as the light peeks through because everything is going to get even better than you imagined. Just keeping believing that • If life starts to crumble, let it. Give way to it. It’s comes in the form of a blessing in disguise. Yes it may feel f*cking terrible right now, but the lessons you’re learning and the wounds you’re healing will only serve to make your life better in the long run. Some things and people just aren’t meant to be in our lives forever and that’s okay. I never used to tune into my own feelings and energy. I never had boundaries. My identity was in what I had known since childhood: love as self-sacrifice. As a result I became a people pleaser. I chronically neglected self. My ego told me this made me selfless. And I enjoyed that perceived identity. Even if I was depleted, had my issues to work through, or didn’t want to be available, I was. I believed this made me selfless. The reality was I couldn’t say no. I struggled with speaking the truth. It was too much emotionally to not put other people first because then I’d have to deal with feeling ‘bad’ or guilty. I wasn’t actually doing anything for the other person. It was for me. It was to avoid uncomfortable feelings. The exact opposite of a selfless act. It was selfish. Today I say no often. I turn down invitations. I keep a tight schedule. I give time, energy, and love because it aligns, not because I’m avoiding. This is authentic giving. It’s been uncomfortable at times. Sometimes I still want to say yes to avoid. now it’s just fleeting. I remind myself that giving isn’t giving if it’s based in avoiding. It’s receiving. And I remind myself that people care much less about your “no” than the ego leads me to believe. Saying no is a selfless act #selfhealers

I’ve been going deeper into my inner work the last couple of months. Pretty much all of my time outside of my time with clients has been dedicated to it. I’m reaching new levels of consciousness. Shedding my past version of “self” over and over again, while still gripping parts of myself I’m not ready to release. It’s been indescribable. All I can say is it’s amazing how conditioned we are. How unconscious we are to that conditioning. Our lives are not our own in this conditioned state. We are alive, but not living. We are wounded children carrying generations of trauma. It’s time to release. To consciously create a version of self is our birthright. Awakening has so many elements, twists and turns, and ah-ha moments. It also brings a lot of pain and confusion. I just want to take a minute to thank each of you for being present on my journey. And for giving me the privilege to be present on yours. There is a collective awakening. I feel it more and more every day. Yes, that brings confusion and repressed fear, but we came here ready. You are reading this for a reason #selfhealers
