In light of @avivaromm and her recent post on natural beauty, no makeup, no hair dye, no filters...just simple, raw, unadulterated presence, here I am! With some cosmetic acu needles of course! . Most of the time, this is how you’ll see me (no makeup, minus needles!) At the beach, grocery store, yoga, out at the park with my son playing. . And when I get to have some adulting time at work, I like to wear a little make up and get girly. . I find that beauty is within and no matter if you rock makeup or dye your hair or get your nails done, it doesn’t truly define you. Your raw true beauty is what inspires me. . Don’t get me wrong. I love pampering myself with a pedi (probably 2x a year!). I personally don’t dye my hair. But that may change! I don’t get Botox or any injections, fillers or invasive treatments. I don’t get my lashes done or whitening my teeth (sometimes I wish I had the time for these though!) . I do get regular acupuncture, massage, and do yoga as much as I can. I do use organic natural products on my body. I do eat organic foods and minimize my chemical exposure. I do get facials (maybe 4x a year, not enough!). I do receive cosmetic acupuncture to help address my skin needs naturally. And most importantly, I do practice self love and acceptance daily. . You are all beautiful! And I see you!
