Dr. Diandra J. Prescod is an Assistant Professor and Coordinator for Career Counseling at The Pennsylvania State University. She received her Ph.D in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Central Florida and her M.S in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University in New Jersey. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and her research focuses on career development interventions to increase retention for STEM undergraduate students. She also focuses on the journeys of women and students of color in higher education.
