Last night was so much fun at Hub City Smokehouse in sunny Crestview, Florida!! I took on their delicious Hat Trick BBQ Sandwich Challenge which was totally amazing!! Hub City Smokehouse is one of the most popular restaurants all around the Florida panhandle and I found out why!! The sandwich had 10oz pulled pork, 10oz pulled chicken, and 10oz beef brisket, served with three tasty sides. I got beans, coleslaw, and fries!! There was a 30 minute time limit and the one previous winner finished in 29:45. I set a new record by finishing in 14:48 and won the $30 meal free, a sweet T-shirt and hat, and my name will be engraved up on their Wall of Fame plaque!! Thanks to my friends Jake and Joe, both brothers stationed near Crestview as members of the United States Air Force, for trying the challenge alongside me!! Neither of them finished in time but they did great and I appreciate their #military services!!
