I met the man who carried this out himself . The Elmwood mine has been opened and closed throughout its lifespan. Many pockets of beautiful specimens have been blown up to prevent miners from collecting as it is now owned and operated for Zinc. Specimens were snuck out between the late 80s and 2010. Recently there was a new ‘pop’ of Elmwood on the market and no one knows how it got it out. . I am trying to collect as many pieces as I can. Although we did just sell the only other piece we brought back from the show ‍♀️, I plan to head back in July to get more. . Just as you might do a tarot reading, or cast runes for insight, you can do a crystal reading. There are many different layouts available to you for crystal readings, with each one offering a unique bent/focus. The only prerequisite is that you should have a decent collection of crystals to draw from for your readings and they should be relatively small and smooth so they don’t chip when put together. I find that a collection of approx 10 different stones works well. . . . Before performing a crystal reading, you’ll want to prepare your crystals: 1. Cleanse them either with water, sunlight, moonlight, salt, smudging, or breath. 2. Attune to them; holding each one in your hand, connecting with its vibration. You’ll discover that some feel better than others. Use those for the reading. And 3. Program your crystals, where you voice an intention of working with the stones for the highest good. . . . In this post, we’ll start with a simple crystal reading layout: Past, Present, Future. Focus on a question or topic. Put your collection of crystals in a bag and draw one at a time, placing them in a row. The first draw indicates the Past, second the Present, and third the Future. Interpret them together in relation to the question or topic. You can use traditional meanings of the stones, intuitive meanings, or a combo of both (♥️).
