What steps are you taking in your healing process? What are you doing to get yourself removed from what has hurt you? You can not heal and still have the toxic, abusive people that hurt you, around you. Ties HAVE to be cut. Boundaries HAVE to be made. You can't heal properly and still hold on and continue with vices, such as addictions. You can't get over someone if you continue to let them in your life. Don't be afraid or scared to ask friends and family for help, seek therapy or medical treatment. Meditation, reiki, cleansings, spellwork, cord cutting can all be helpful as well, but YOU have to be ready and dedicated to fully releasing what needs to be removed from your life that is making you hurt. You can say all day that you need and want to heal, but if you're still holding on to the pain, the abusive people, the addictions, the toxic cycles or not ready to fully walk away from that ex who ain't shit... then nothing is going to work for you. Healing is hard AS FUCK. It's not an overnight thing. Youre having to shed years of emotional pain. It takes time. You will go through a lot of emotions and face a lot of dark shit, you will have to see your own faults as well as others and acknowledge all that trauma so you can release it. You may have to have go complete no contact with those who caused you pain and sometimes those people are family or someone that's hard to avoid. But it needs to happen.
