219/365 The Metro Museum Stockholm is a museum about the metro system. I’ve always liked how museums and similar organizations have simple clever logos. I love the identity systems they use since they usually have lots of departments. They make sure each department can be distinguished from one another by making sure their brand system is flexible enough. This is my take on doing something similar. Here's the narrative behind each logo: 1️⃣ OPTION 1 - 'Good luck horseshoe' Hand-lettered direction from @manuricci_ This approach embraces the DIY qualities that represent the Hamilton brand. The chunky and rounded features of the logo are meant to feel warm and welcoming, to reflect the experience a customer might have at the brewery. . 2️⃣ OPTION 2 - 'Stamp of approval ' Uses industrial typography combined with over-printed colored elements to achieve a vintage utilitarian design aesthetic. The goal of this direction was to create a heritage look and feel for the Hamilton family brewery brand. . 3️⃣ OPTION 3 - 'Bridging the gap' Giving contrast to the previous direction, option 3 was created by @_emilyxie and is more refined in its approach. Its circular shape visually puts Hamilton at the centre, between people and beer. . 4️⃣ OPTION 4 - 'Cornerstone' Hand-lettered by @manuricci_ and inspired by the Hamilton story of building a brewery based on the foundation of a great customer experience, paired with great tasting beer. The bow tie shaped design was meant to be visually dynamic and capture the sense of the adventurous flavours found in their beers.

213/365 Marbury Summer is a boutique shop for young ladies. I wanted to focus more on the illustration aspect this time. I tried to worry less about the grid and focus more the organic shapes. I think the illustration goes well with the type. The typeface can be used by itself too if necessary. DIN is and will always be one of my favorite typefaces by far.
