I spent much of yesterday block printing, getting more postcards and art prints prepped for @studio_lore . • Here’s a glimpse into how I create multiples of my patterned postcards at once. I gave them almost 24 hours to cure throughout the day yesterday and over last night to ensure they were completely dry. • In today’s stories, I show my process of separating the three postcards and then peeling them off of the larger sheet of paper. I always love making stamps but this project was super special because I challenged myself creatively to carve tiny versions of these dancers! ✨✨✨ As you may know by now I find a lot of drawing inspo from the incredibly captivating @making_sacred ‘s dances and I work them into little moon visions These 3 moon dancing stamps are all a little different, some with extra lines I’d usually carve out left in for different print effects and lots of different stars to make each one special! Custom postage This is one of my favorite little details that you might not even think about at first but really take an invitation suite to the next level and set it apart. Did you know that you can create a USPS approved stamp from any image or artwork?! These NYC skyline stamps are special to Dan and Jess because they met, live, and are getting married in the city. The fireworks above the skyline are a nod to the fact that they met on New Year’s Eve and are getting married on Fourth of July weekend! Yep, there were literally fireworks when they met - how cute is that? So impressed by the quality of these custom stamps!! For ages, I’ve wanted to design a series of wild flower seed packets inspired by old propaganda posters✊ I love to carve my stamps by hand. But, I really wanted these tiny illustrations to be nice and clean when printed on mini envelopes. I came across this site called RubberStamps.net (@rubberstamps), ordered my stamps on Tuesday and had them custom made and delivered by Friday!
