While they aren’t mutually exclusive, the second list is far more likely to bring you consistent peace than the first . . Instead of focusing on “the hustle” or checking that next box as you rush through life, put your energy into connection, meaning, being, and getting to really know and love yourself . Remember those next five years (or next five days) are *never* guaranteed ✋. And try to pay attention to this moment with curiosity and presence... we don't get it back . #megsoapboxes

Morning everyone. I hope you enjoyed your weekend and are starting the week feeling refreshed and ready to craft something lovely. I've been working with a knitted slipped stitch pattern. It's growing incredibly slowly, so I'm learning to be patient and just enjoy the flow of the stitches, rather than rushing through the knitting. I'm creating a beautiful raised texture which is soft and tactile and it may be taking forever, but it's perfect for some mindful knitting time.
