С пятничкой, Рыбки мои! Герой, вернее, героиня сегодняшнего дня - Acanthemblemaria Aspera (попробуйте выговорить правильно)! Увы, на русском информации об этой рыбе нет (а на аглицком обычно 1-2 общих фразы), посему придется поупражняться в переводе. Roughead blenny – говорит нам атлас рыб карибского бассейна. Rough (на латинском “aspera”) переводится как “грубый”, “шершавый”, “жёсткий” и “суровый”. Суровоголовая собачка – это звучит потешно. Рыбки эти – совсем малютки, длиной до 2 см (чуть меньше дюйма, это я указываю для моих американских подписчиков), они обитают в углублениях, которые оставляют после себя черви в кораллах (это не совсем те черви, которые вы привыкли видеть, и о них подробнее в одном из следующих постов). Заметить эту мелочь практически нереально, ибо при любой опасности они прячутся в свой домик. Чтобы сделать это фото мне пришлось висеть вообще без движения минут 5 (чмоки моим бади), чтобы рыбка привыкла к огромной камере, которая пристроилась у ее домика. Чтобы вы понимали, камера имеет размеры 50x30x25см (аккурат чтобы влезть в ручную кладь в самолёте), сдвинулся на миллиметр – потерял рыбу из фокуса, напугал малыша: начинай пляски сначала. Но результат того стоит! TGIF, Mermaids! Hero, or better heroine of today - Acanthemblemaria Aspera (try to pronounce it) or Roughead blenny. This fish is a real tiny animal. They can grow up to 2cm (this is less than 1 inch – clarification for my American followers are forced to use ancient units). They live in abandoned worm tubes (follow next posts and I will show you how they look like) and are almost impossible to spot – they withdraw into their house in case of any danger. I had to remain completely motionless for like 5 minutes (kisses to my happy buddies) in order for the fish to stop treating a 50x30x25cm (enough to get inside the cabin) camera as a danger. If you move even 1 mm – you lose the focus, scare the tiny fish and have to start from scratch. Носатая рыбка в клеточку, как ее называют начинающие аквариумисты, которым множественное количество ресурсов рекомендует содержать эту неприхотливую рыбку. У этих рыб плавательный пузырь слаборазвитый – это объясняется тем, что кудрепёры рыбы донные и проводят большую часть времени на дне, удерживая свое положение при помощи грудных плавников. Они являются гермафродитами. Они имеют женский пол при рождении и лишь по прошествии некоторого времени становятся самцами. Максимальный размер рыб составляет примерно 13 см. Как вам навание? Squared fish with long hose, how beginner aquarists call them (there are a lot of resources which recommend this fish to them). Longnose hawkfish doesn’t have a developed swimming blade as they spend most of their life on the bottom. This fish is known to be a hermaphrodite specie, they are born females and may become male during the growth. I've been spending my last weeks living in Lofoten driving up and down the coast following the orcas, waiting for them to come into the fjord. Once they finally did, I had my swimming shorts ready. We were sitting in silence watching as the pod seemed to be resting together after feeding earlier. After a while, they slowly started moving towards us, I jumped into the water as they glided past and watched them swim underneath. I thought these beautiful orcas were big, but once I was in the water the size of them compared to me was insane
