This New Moon is a time to set intentions around tapping into the warmth that comes from your heart. Take time to plant seeds that will bloom for the next 6 months around a theme. ✨The Divine Feminine✨ Hello everyone! You may have noticed my sparse activity here on social media lately. I decided to take much of July to myself to celebrate my birthday, heal, explore my inner world, and root more deeply into my feminine energy. It was a much needed practice. As a sensitive Cancer with an overwhelming stellium in Aries, I tend to burn myself out by living too often from my masculine energy. This shows up as overworking, overthinking, and an obsession with action, tasks, progress, and DOing. While this energy can definitely be useful, it needs to be balanced by the Feminine’s gentle BEing, softness and kindness to one’s self, nurturing of the body and soul. What good is all that hard work if you can’t enjoy the fruits of your labor? (I’m just now realizing how much that phrase is rooted in the feminine! Fruits/fertility, labor/childbirth. Wow!) To me, being in my feminine energy looks like lots of rest, feeding myself healthy foods, reading, enjoying leisurely walks around my neighborhood or in nature, and spending time with loved ones. Where are you confusing your growing pains, that are 100% normal and expected, with ”lost”? Growing pains are an inevitable part of your journey when you are charting new territoy and taking new actions. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ They are a by product of your re- calibration and re-alignment when you enter unfamiliar surroundings outside of your comfort zone and take on a new way of being. ⠀ ⠀ And yes. They for sureeeee can feel very wonky, weird and extremely unbearable when you’re deep in the process, as you upgrade mentally, physically, emotionally and energetically. . . Growing pains can manifest as apathy, second guessing your intuition, irritability, worry, health issues, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and....you guessed it feeling ”stuck or lost”. . . And there is no “hack” or short cut when it comes to evolving. I don’t give a sh*t what anyone else says. The only way through is by leaning in when you don’t want to, showing up especially when you don’t feel like it, ask for and be open to receiving support and telling your fear to park it . Because eventually you’ll adjust and catch your balance. Trust me. Even if it doesn't feel like you ever will. Hope that cleared some things up for you. We good now✨
