⚖️ Libra Moon . Right now we are collectively in a time of big uncertainty. All we yearn for is some balance and stability and perhaps an answer or two to the questions anchored in our hearts. The Full Moon supports us in this. It champions us. The universe is asking for so much courage of us right now. So much unwavering strength and loyal faith. Let’s be honest, we need all the pep talks we can get. The greatest source of comfort and power can often be found in art made by those who have walked through darkness countless time themselves. Do you trust me? If I tell you to do something for this Full Moon, will you try it? Lie down. Put in your headphones. Go to YouTube and search for the song Angel By The Wings by Sia. Close your eyes and listen. TRUST ME. . You are held. You are so held. You are not alone, not a failure, not a coward. You are human and life can get messy and that is no reason to be harsh on yourself. It is hard right now. It was hard sometimes in the past too and inevitably the future still holds some hard times ahead of us. Nothing to panic about though. Come tides high or low, you have what it takes. You have always, always had what it takes.❤️

So what the heck is this “inner child” crap? ✨ What we often forget is that children are whole people. We are all sensitive beings but children more so because they are closer to the other side, more fresh from Source if you will. ✨ As a child we are learning to navigate this earthly realm again and in an effort to stay safe, loved, accepted, alive, we naturally absorb the teachings of the adults around us. ✨ We also naturally absorb their emotions, beliefs and subtext (what the person ACTUALLY means despite what’s coming out of their mouth). This informs sooo much of what we create and attract in our lives. ✨ If we’re fortunate, and a lot were not and that’s okay, you had kind guardians who did their best with what they knew and were taught. ✨ At a certain point in life, usually when we’re struggling and things aren’t working out the way we want them to, we must stop and evaluate what beliefs actually aren’t ours. What did we inherit that doesn’t actually resonate with the truth of who we are and what our wise souls know to be true. ✨ It’s not easy as we’re bombarded by society’s fears and limited views too. But it’s worth it, and I would say it’s essential, to do the work to drop what isn’t yours and step into your full glory. You are perfect. The spiritual and healing journey isn’t about creating a better version of yourself or even “changing.” It’s about remembering, taking your own power back and showing up like that. Kind of like those cartoons where they unzip a body suit and step out a little differently. ✨ Staying in victimhood will do nothing for you and your evolution or happiness. If you want a life that feels free, happy, aligned, you will need to lovingly take responsibility for where you’re at and where you want to go and re-parent yourself. ✨ Yes it is possible to love yourself the way you wanted to or should have been loved. And yes you can find the teachers, healers, mentors who will give you the guidance you need to fulfill your soul’s purpose and life lessons this time around the wheel. The beauty of it is, it’s your choice. And really it’s a choice to ascend or stay stuck. What’s it worth? Up to you

The other day @robynyoukilis was talking in her stories about a teacher telling her that eagles fly into a storm because they know it makes them stronger. It strengthens their wings. Ever since then I have been meditating on the eagle. How amazing is it that they know that they will come through a storm stronger? Mother Nature truly blows me away. She knows so much more then our minds can even imagine. As I’ve eluded to in stories and posts, life is a lot right now, but like the eagle I know that this storm will make me stronger.
