6 movements. Under 30 minutes. A hell of a lot of work. Save this for a leg blast. You can so much out of dumbbells if that’s all the equipment you have access to. Whilst each section is not ‘for time’ you want to try and accumulate as much volume as possible. Rest as needed but try and keep it minimal. (3-5 sets is a good indication). Enjoy!
