So what are your thoughts on carnations? They have always been on my no go list as a florist. They have such old fashioned connotations for me but I think I may be converted by this little beaut. Like raspberry ripple ice cream it’s making feel all sweet & summery. This one is headed for one of my Mother’s Day bouquets. A little bit wild. Just how I like them. I’ve got a few friends like that too We’ve all got at least one of them haven’t we? I’m loving my dark tulips. I’m going to be brave and cut some more soon. I can’t quite bring myself to ruin my stripe tulip bed though! Kind of defeats the object of growing so many though. If you’re local & would like to buy a tulip bouquet let me know. That’s what they’re for after all! The kids are off on holidays so I’m on entertainment/taxi duties this week. I love not doing the school run though! Have a good week everyone. Xx
