Siento que si mis cachorros supieran lo maltratado que esta el mundo tendrían tanto miedo! No quiero que lo sepan aún, yo no les digo que las tortugas se atoran en él plástico o los peces se lo comen y luego nos los comemos, que en los mataderos las vacas, gallinas, cerdos nunca ven la luz del día, tampoco les digo qué hay cambios climáticos ni que la comida procesada tiene tantas cosas dañinas porque a unas personas les vale que nos hagan daño por tal de vender, etc, etc Y ¿Cual es el mi modo de enseñarles ecología y respeto? Esto es lo que yo hago y recomiendo: •CONGRUENCIA: no esperes que tus hijos valores, cuiden y respeten “algo” si tú no lo haces primero. Empieza por creértela, por hacer cambios. Primero respeta a las personas, deja de criticarlas, de desvalorarlas, juzgarlas y si tienes pensamientos negativos no pienses en voz alta y de igual manera hazlo con todos los seres vivos. . .•SALUD Y BIENESTAR: cuida tu salud emocional y física ¿cómo vas a cuidar a algo si tú no te cuidas? . .•PLATICALES LA BELLEZA DE LA VIDA: si ves algo hermoso, una mariposa, un bello atardecer ¡Dilo! reconoce los logros de otros adultos, la sabiduría de un anciano. Platícales tus mejores anécdotas de pequeñx, denle más peso a lo natural que a lo material, si van a la playa vayan a “La playa” y no se queden solo en la alberca, si van a casa de alguien con un hermoso jardín ¡que salgan a jugar! Que se aburran afuera, adiós iPad y conversaciones de adultos. . .•TEN NATURALEZA CERCA: tener plantas o una mascota les da más conocimiento de cómo cuidar algo viviente y de valorar los procesos. . .•PON EJEMPLOS ECOLÓGICOS: dejen de usar plástico, de consumir tanto, recojan basura en las calles, separen la basura en casa, no desperdicien agua, respeten la flora y fauna cuando salgan a paseos, empiecen a consumir materiales orgánicos, biodegradables y explícales que esos materiales en un futuro se desintegran pronto y se integran en la naturaleza. . .•TEN UNA VIDA ESPIRITUAL: ¡como quieras! This week's change is one that I feel a bit ashamed that we're so late to the party. The Nespresso machine: The reason a LOT of plastic around the world has hit landfill over the last decade. We've been using aluminium, which once rinsed out is recyclable but I've been looking for a better solution and we've found @lost_sheep_coffee Lost Sheep Coffee is as Kentish as coffee can ever be. The microroastry is based in Whitstable and uses only single varietal direct trade beans from Brazil. It's grade 1 speciality coffee at its best. Lost Sheep Coffee capsules are made from Lignin (tree bark) and compost to nothing in a matter of weeks. Surely this is the perfect solution. Great coffee, compostable, good price, locally sourced. And served in the picture with milk from @plurendenmanorfarm our lovely new dairy friends. My family is on a mission to eat predominantly locally sourced foods bought from local businesses, grown locally (whereever possible) and on the same theme reduce single use plastic (again, where possible). SPESA RAINBOW FOOD for the week! La giornata e' iniziata presto e abbiamo già fatto tantissime cose. La spesa al mercato e' una di queste! Mi piace sperimentare nuovi sapori in cucina! Le verdure più strane che abbiamo acquistato questa settimana sono gli asparagi viola ( prima volta ), le coste gialle e fucsia ( sono davvero fucsia non ho modificato i colori ) e l'aglio fresco che io adoro! И можно ли без нее обойтись? ⠀ Синтетические мочалки отметаем сразу: да, они дешевые, прочные и их можно стирать в машинке, но у некоторых они провоцируют аллергию, а при высоких температурах (особенно в банях) могут выделять вредные вещества, кроме того, вместе с частичками кожи в них копятся микробы. ⠀ Вообще, плесень и микробы любят размножаться во влажных и теплых местах. Поэтому натуральные мочалки не становятся исключением. Но чтобы микробы не копились, производители рекомендуют за мочалками ухаживать: после мытья обрабатывать еще раз мыльным раствором, потом аккуратно, досуха выжимать и хранить в сухом месте. Срок службы любой мочалки — не более 5 месяцев, но некоторые специалисты вообще рекомендуют менять ее раз в месяц. ⠀ Из чего же делают натуральные губки и мочалки? Из морской губки (она подойдет для чувствительной и сухой кожи), из растительных и древесных волокон (лыка, сизаля, льна, джута, китайской крапивы). Последние — более жесткие, зато гипоаллергенные (морскую губку не рекомендуют тем, у кого аллергия на морепродукты). ⠀ Но так ли нужна на самом деле мочалка? Нет, говорят специалисты, можно обойтись без нее. Мыло или гель для душа прекрасно справляются с грязью, а специально отшелушивать кожу следует, пожалуй, только на ступнях (да и этим увлекаться не стоит). Если после мытья ваша кожа чешется и сохнет, значит, мочалка вам не подходит, следует либо отказаться от нее, либо попробовать морскую губку. ⠀ Для себя мы нашли идеальный вариант — мыло с люфой внутри! Как известно, мыло само себя моет, поэтому тут получается 2-в-1. Как сделать такую мочалку, мы рассказывали в одном из предыдущих постов!
