Is it still #transformationtuesday? I’ve gotten a few new followers lately so I thought I would take this opportunity to reintroduce myself. I’m Stephanie. I live in Utah. I had RNY gastric bypass July 2017. I’ve lost a little over 200lbs from my highest weight and my life is completely different! I try to make healthy food choices most of the time. I drink a hell of a lot of water. I take my vitamins. I exercise more days than I don’t. This was 100% the best choice for me and I’m so grateful for this tool, but really I am the most grateful for the strength I have found within myself. I put in the work.
