60 Banded Frog Pumps
50 Banded Bridges
40 Banded Single Leg Bridges - 20 each side
30 Banded Bird Dogs - 15 each side
20 Banded Fire Hydrants - 10 each side
10 Banded Side Lying Straight Leg Raises - 10 each side •

This one hits all the bits. I’ve done this workout a few times and each time it burned more than the last By the time I get to fire hydrants my cheeks are toast ⚡️ If you can do two rounds, damnnnn, them some strong glutes!

You can use any sturdy bench, but I love using the @bretcontreras1 hip thruster bench It’s the perfect height, soft but stable, and I can use it for more than just hip thrusts! Like the single leg reverse hypers which I show in this video... by supporting my hips, I take the load off my low back and can really focus on firing my glutes. These won’t make you particularly sore... but they will help you focus on the mind muscle connection. If you want more of a challenge, don’t rest your knee on the ground and maybe add an ankle weight... Either way, this ones a good time! You do YOU
