Second home video= legs. The one legged exercises are so good for a burn and highlighting weaknesses between sides. When you find the weak side, do that side and figure out how many reps you can do then match in on the other side. That way your weak side gets stronger in an attempt to match the stronger side.

Getting the perfect hip thrust technique is actually quite difficult. People do the exercise without actually engaging their glutes at all. I'm still working on mine but it has improved since starting this programme. Concentrate on tilting from the sternum down, maintaining posterior pelvic tilt throughout and head tilted forward.

Glute supersets are so good for the burn so for the triple super set, do as many reps as you can and then go straight on to the next exercise.

So it took a 3 full days for my glutes and hamstrings to recover from this I could previously walk into the gym do heavy deadlifts, thrusters etc and not be that sore the next day. But when you follow a plan and get given the right exercises supersetted together, you get the best workout, burn and doms.

Hip thrusters isohold and D handle lat pull down= 3 sets
Skater squats and narrow width push ups= 3 sets.
Then one set of each of the other exercises.

The skater squats are soo hard if you're doing them properly. Such a burner and because it's a unilateral exercise, it highlights your weaknesses. My left leg is much better at them then the right.
And after all the other exercises, the side lying hip raises were a killer. Give them a go.
