Pour apprendre à bien maitriser l’extension de hanche ainsi que la contraction du fessier (aussi bien la phase concentrique du mouvement que le contrôle de la phase excentrique)
.
✌Une progression en plusieurs étapes (ou niveaux) quand un niveau est bien maîtrisé (=plusieurs belles répétitions) on peut passer au suivant et ainsi de suite!

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything. (Please excuse the crazy hair and sweat, this workout was intense) Life’s been full of surprises lately. I’m hoping to be sharing much more content with you guys from now on I’ve been sticking to my fitness journey but I regret not sharing it more with you all. My goals for the rest of the year are to hit 41” on my hips and, 405lbs on hip thrusts, 200lbs on squats and to gain confidence along the way

Je met rarement en avant des exercices d'isolation, mais aujourd'hui le Hip Thrust fait exception ! .
L'extension des hanches c'est un mouvement très fonctionnel pour notre locomotion. De plus, des fessiers forts et puissants c'est toujours très utile, en particulier dans la performance des activités physiques et sportives (prenons le sprint 100m par exemple lors de la phase de propulsion vers l'avant)
.
Mais aussi pour des raisons esthétiques bien sûr, pour un fessier bien développé c'est un exercice à intégrer dans votre entraînement ! Il y a une très bonne activation du grand fessier (activation supérieure au squat) et une contraction sur toute l'amplitude du mouvement
.
⚠️Attention à bien maitriser l’exerce avant de charger (progressivement et intelligemment) pour limiter les contraintes trop importantes et pressions inutiles sur la colonne

I feel like a lot of us girls are still intimidated and scared to lift heavy weight.
If you want bigger, rounder glutes, you should be striving to get progressively stronger and stronger in your bridge movements. Banded bridges are awesome and have their time and place, but in the long-run, they won’t load your glutes up enough to allow them to continue progressing like a barbell will.
Before focusing on going heavier, make sure your form is solidified and that you have a good “connection” with your glutes. Both are very important!
