Don't neglect Salmon essential omega3 fatty acids and great protein source. sesame, ginger crsuted baked salmon, sauteed spninach and kale and 7 grain rice. Yummy and nutritious. Rub top of salmon with ponzu paste/sauce, chieves and sesame seeds and sprinkle with a little parko. Bake salmon at 375 for 15 mins then change to broil for 5-6 mins.
