It's Nat'l Women's Health Week and for me this time is all about being your best self and living your best life... which you absolutely cannot do without keeping your health front and center. Here are a few things for all you ladies to keep in mind whether your 20 years old or 100!

⚕️See your doctor or nurse annually for a well- woman visit and preventive screenings.

♀️Get ACTive!

Eat Healthy!

♀️Pay attention to mental health, including getting enough sleep and managing stress!

Avoid unhealthy behaviors, such as smoking, texting while driving and not wearing a seatbelt or bicycle helmet!
