Ночные линзы для обмана ВЛЭК или любой другой комиссии для поступления в военное учреждение❗ Пациент N, 17 лет. Диагноз: Миопия (близорукость) средней степени обоих глаз (-3,5D). Мечта: стать пилотом!‍✈️ Обратился с целью прохождения комиссии. В интернете пестрит информация как же обмануть "дурацкую" комиссию с помощью ночных линз. Напомню, что эти линзы надевают на ночь, в них спят, а утром снимают и видят . Линза действует только при регулярном ношении (каждую ночь). И есть привязка к часам сна. Поспал меньше - видишь хуже, линза сместилась ночью - днем видно плохо. Если ваша комиссия будет заключаться в чтении таблицы "ШБ", то может и прокатит. Но если на проверке будут присутствовать дополнительные исследования, такие как авторефрактометрия или топография роговицы, то будет полный провал! Так вот, друзья мои, не пытайтесь перехитрить судьбу! Это называется намеренное сокрытие данных о состоянии здоровья, которое повлечет принятие ошибочного решения о годности. Кто будет виноват? Вы? How Do I Prepare My Scleral Lens for Insertion? After removing my scleral lens from the ClearCare case (a hydrogen peroxide overnight cleansing solution), I do 3 things before inserting: 1.) RUB: gently rub the scleral lens between your two fingers. This liberates some of the proteins and debris that are removed from the surface of the lens overnight. 2.) RINSE BACK AND FRONT: Turn the lens to rinse each side with sterile saline solution. 3.) RINSE LENS ON ITS SIDE: Further rinse the lens by turning it on its side. Afterwards you can fill and insert a clean, rinsed lens with no debris or fibers from towels and NO WATER. Remember to not use water on contact lenses due to risk of infection from water based pathogens.
