‍♂️ Road To 400. For the last 2 months, I've taken a long break from lifting heavy with my deadlifts to give my back a break and focus on my personal record numbers in my other compound movements, specifically my bench press and squats. And starting today, I'm back to lifting heavy with deadlifts. Although I felt some slight tightness in my hamstrings and lower back during the first couple of repetitions, I’m assuming it’s due to not stretching out enough or not deadlifting heavy in a while. Current Personal Record (Deadlift): 175kg / 385lbs Hope to lift 181kg / 400lbs on my deadlift by the end of my bulking season. Location: Masculados Gym

‍♂️ Making Changes. Ending the day off at one of my favorite training grounds, @GymRatPH, Parañaque. Throughout today’s workout, it felt inspiring to meet and converse with the other fellow competitors and active gym-goers who are making fitness a part of their lifestyle. Everyone has their reasons on why they go to the gym but in the end, I believe we all have the same goal; to make changes. Change an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy one or change the image they see in the mirror. Surround yourself with the right people with the same goal.

‍♂️ Training With IceJay & JM. After completing a full chest workout at @BillyJamesFitnessCenter, I finished off the training session with a few sets of triceps with @Ice_Tizon and @JohnmarklyCastillo.

‍♂️ Training With Crispin. All the way from Dumaguete City to Bonifacio Global City, 2018 Mr. Philippines / 2017 Mr. Visayas, @CrispinBasillio and I found a time that fit both our schedules to finally train together. Before he headed out of the country, we decided to get a full body workout + posing seminar to make minor adjustments on my current posing routine, identifying what my strong points are and bringing out muscles in my body I never knew I had.
