How to become a more positive person?

Not going into huge detail for this, but I will mention a few ways you can become much more positive overall. Using the lessons you've learnt from the gym and nutrition about consistency, and being dedicated - can be applied to your mindset and personality too. Everything just takes time, and if you're patient enough, anythings possible.
~
Self-talk. Pick something positive that you can resonate with, and say it to yourself out loud each day, without fail. The first thing in the morning, before checking your phone, before anything, say something out loud which is positive. The more and more you say it, the more and more you believe it.
~
Alongside this, wake up with a SMILE! Don't allow yourself to complain about the day ahead, because straight away - your being negative towards what's going to happen. You don't know how the day will pan out. So wake up, be greatful, smile, and tell yourself it's going to be a good day. Starting off on a positive note will help.
~
Change your language, by this I mean the way you talk about things. For example - need to do something? Instead of 'I have to' change it to 'I get to'. 'Having' to do something means you see it as more of a chore, but 'getting' to do something allows you to see it as more of an opportunity.
~
There's plenty more things to do, but these are just a few you can try overtime and see the difference it makes!

It's my birthday Monday! I'm going to turn 24
This weekend was awesome because I finished editing a video, I'm watching movies with friends (twitch friends!!) and I ate a ton of chips and guac.
I'm really thankful for the friends, family, and relationships I have, and the relationships I've grown in the last year!
I sometimes wonder what young me would think about current me... Well, I guess the only thing to do is keep trying and attempt to make her proud.
