Love me some yogurt?!? Yes please . If there's anything my family scrapes down the container to empty its last drop; it has to be yogurt. I bet you can hear that scratching sound from anywhere in the house. Lol .Here is my answers to FAQs about yogurt I am getting from you. I hope they will help you in case you are looking for solutions to your yogurt dilemmas. 1/ Full fat or Reduced Fat yogurt? Full fat is better. Children under two need a lot of fat in their diets, including saturated, or animal fat. Fat is an important source of energy and is also vital for brain development. Dairy products are not an exception. Of course, it is ok if a baby eats some low fat yogurt from time to time, but if it is a daily snack, it is best to choose full fat. 2/ Plain or Flavored yogurt? Plain is better. Most babies are very open to new flavors in the first year of their lives and are willing to try pretty much everything. So let’s make the most out of it. I would definitely try serving only plain yogurt to your baby and toddler for as long as possible and enjoy the baby developing a taste for the tangy flavor. Believe me, they will discover sweetened yogurts soon enough and it will not be a fair competition for the plain variety But , If your baby is already eating flavored yogurts, try making a homemade alternative by adding some fruit puree to plain yogurt. 3/ Greek or plain yogurt? Either is fine. Greek yogurt is made my straining regular yogurt. As a result, it is more concentrated, with more protein, and slightly less naturally occurring sodium. So although protein seems to be hitting headlines more and more often lately, it is not likely that your baby is not getting enough. But if you have a picky toddler on your hands who is not eating lots of protein rich foods, it makes sense to switch to Greek yogurt. 4/ Baby vs Regular Yogurt While all yogurts contain active friendly bacteria, the baby variety has been boosted by additional resilient strains that have better chances of surviving the acidic stomach environment. Plus the budget , availability and choice is yours. The verdict In the comments ⬇️ #yogurtforbaby

Some of Norman's meals lately. I have WAY too much fun doing this. Even @mikeygeer got in on the fun (photo 2). We jumped into Baby Led Weaning when he was 7m, after being hesitant to start for a month even though he met all the signs of readiness. Now we both think it is so fun to introduce him to all kinds of tastes and textures! I've been keeping a list and trying to hit 100 before he's 1. Let’s talking #GROCERYSHOPPING Call me crazy, but it’s one of my favorite things to do. Char loves shopping too—probably because of all the attention she gets from fellow shoppers, BUT shopping with a toddler isn’t always easy, so here are some tips I’ve picked up in the past 14 months. Come with a list to cut down on time! Bring snacks or allow your babe to pick out a pouch to enjoy while shopping! Let her help—give her the choice between which berries to get that week! Count with her—let her pick out + put the avocados in the bag as you count them together! Talk to her about all the colors on the items + shelves! And if all that fails, give her the phone and let her watch a movie. 20 minutes will not hurt her. YOUR SANITY IS WORTH IT! What are your #grocerytips, with it without a little?

#selfcaresunday because even though it’s Mother’s Day, my little Char didn’t give me the easiest day. She’s becoming quite the sassy little thing. But, I just remind myself that the days are long but the years are short. You feel me mamas?! This is my first time in forever doing a face mask and it felt pretty dang good. Excuse me while I binge purchase all the masks What’s your favorite kind/brand?

- - - #baby organic #babyfood #babyfoodrecipies #babyfoodideas #whatmybabyeats #toddlermealideas #babyeating #breakfastideas #breakfastideas ##tips #tip #selfcarepost #lifetips #healthylifestyle #behealthy #healthyliving #gym #healthylife #comidasaludable #comidadebebe #ideasparadesayuno #ideasdesayunoparatubebe
