I absolutely LOVE apples I eat them everyday! On average I'd say I eat 4-7 every day. Today is our rest day. No work, no chores, no exercise. Just a full day of relaxation and chill, to unwind from the busy week, and enjoy each others company I like to use this day to plan my work schedule for the coming week, then kick back and relax with my beau for the whole day, whilst we eat allll the fruits Having a full rest day each week is soooo important for physical, mental, and spiritual healing/recoveryIf you can't do one full day each week, deticate at least 30-60 minutes each day for yourself to heal/recovery.

Lunchtime! Lunch is always a time to fill up on fruits and greens. I always have Diced fruits and greens for lunch, it’s filling, nutritious and takes me through until dinner. . . Today I had 4 bananas, 6 neglet dates, 3 Medjool Dates and 1 kilo of papaya. Greens on the side was celery, lettuce and cucumber.
