Addressing the biggest gathering post my rank in UPSC. The students of Dharwad and the overwhelming response that they've shown has been absolutely phenomenal. Almost a 1000 students, what a privilege. SUCH AN OPPORTUNITY TO ADDRESS THE FUTURE OF THIS NATION . . In this session the following aspects were spoken about. Firstly about the scope of competitive studies. Secondly, to draw attention of students of Tier 2 cities towards the UPSC exams. Don't cut calories drastically or you could inadvertently lower your metabolism. Bottom line: eat more high quality, nutrient rich foods and eat fewer empty, processed calories.
