Raising a common topic of feeling of less than enough at Burning Man. Something I’ve noticed not only from my own experience, but also from my fellow burners’ sharing: that feeling of disconnection felt so sooo real and painful at some moments in the desert. I’ve definitely experienced some of the most profound feelings of not belonging, “not being good enough”, not being dressed “impressive enough” during the days spent where you’re “expected” to have fun. Regardless the festive, inclusive, accepting and welcoming environment + dopamine boosting long hugs and eye gazing people gifted to each other... I still felt like I’m completely out of place from time to time. I felt like I did in the childhood so often: like I didn’t belong and being an alien among the “normal” people. But I understand now very well it was just an illusion. ✨✨ Our mind creates an illusion of disconnection to generate an environment for deepening our spiritual growth - and training us to notice the connection within. The feeling of profound worthlessness is nothing but an opportunity to connect more deeply within ourselves. To experience that feeling of oneness that we seek in the outside world and understanding that the truth is that no one can give us something that we already have innately in each of us: the undeniable connection with the Source. ✨✨ Once we realize that - everything falls back into its place and the illusion of disconnection disappears, while feeling of love, expansiveness and oneness replaces our energy field. Which in turn attracts people into our field and brings that oneness into even a deeper physical manifestation. Same happens within a community, smaller group and within a partnership. When we vibrate on a frequency of oneness we embody that oneness in our reality. The time is coming when we reach a balance between expressing our individuality and feeling of belonging to a tribe, to a nation, and finally, to the whole Humanity populating the Earth. Is all about shifting our perspective.

Första springturen sen i somras i det fina vädret Blev 9 km på 55 min, inte mycket att skryta om speciellt inte när jag jämför med mig själv som har rekord- 47 min på 1 mil Var en mycket mer ambitiös löpare förr då jag sprang långa lopp innan jag började styrketränaMen nu är det andra prioriteringar med kroppen, så ska försöka att inte bry mig så mycket om löpningen och främst springa för att förbränna och må bra☺ Hoppas ni andra har en fin söndag!❤
