It is definitely difficult making time for things you really want to do. Between work, chores, family responsibilities and errands, it becomes hard to make space for activities that make us happy like attending a yoga class, signing up for a course we are interested in or taking on a new project! You don't have to micromanage everything 6- When you feel like backing out on this, create an advantage/disadvantage balance sheet to remind yourself why this new thing is good for you on the long run 7- Stop and look at your progress every once in a while 8- Remind yourself that not everything has to be controlled.
