One arm will require a slight contortion which is made easy when you lean down towards it, and lead with your elbow. In this video, I'm turning to my right so that would be the left arm. This very short clip is just to show the different ways to catch your fan voi. . . As poi the fans swing in circles. Half of that is upwards movement and the other half is downwards. . 1) catching the fans when they're moving upwards ⬆ leads to a reverse grip. . . 2) catching the fans when they're headed downwards ⬇ results in the regular grip. . . To do this, swing the fan down and away from you. Let it go higher than your shoulders before tugging it gently to bring it back to your hand.
