Tip to help Every inch your hip is down, you will have more drag, you will feel heavier and have more resistance. Head position is very important!!! A neutral head looking down not only to take pressure off your neck, but (head is heaviest part of the body), if you look up your body will want to drop. But that’s not enough, the chest has to feel pressed in to the water. If the head is down but the chest is up your hip and legs are still likely to be down. You need to feel like your swimming down hill. As we can’t focus on too many things at once, switch each length thinking about head and chest and then another length visualising feet up at the surface. It’s important you create awareness of your body through muscle memory in order be as efficient as possible. Hope it helps. #ДенРоманов_ItsMyLife И так продолжаю свою рубрику воспоминаний! ☺️ Первые Всероссийские детские соревнования в городе Ижевск! ‍♂️ Первый раз я поехал так далеко,в другой город.. Волнений было через край,всё новое : город,бассейн,соперники из других городов.. И вот мой заплыв,100м брасс,всех представили,команда на старт... и ... я подскальзываясь кое как падаю в воду с тумбы,начинаю последний... на первом полтиннике догоняю четверых,далее ещё одного и касаюсь третьим... И плюс выполнил далее норматив КМС! Я конечно был рад очень,что на первых Российских соревнованиях попал в призы,но всё же чтобы было,если бы я сделал старт хотябы нормально... И на этих соревнованиях я впервые увидел своего соперника за которым я потом долгое время собирал серебро многих Россиийских соревнований - Григорий Фалько,он то и выиграл! Я приезжал на первенства России и знал,что я буду вторым! ‍♂️ Обычно финал выглядел так : Фалько - далее пару корпусов и Я - далее пару корпусов и все остальные! Ну а когда Гриша не приезжал,то я спокойно выигрывал Россию! А что самое интересное,у нас день рождения в один день и год - 09.05.1987! Вот как так может быть? Да и уже в зрелом возрасте,лет в 26 оказались ещё и у одного тренера! А почему так происходило? Почему никак не мог его догнать? Тут я думаю просто тренер Григория лучше раскрыл его,нежели меня мой тренер.. ‍♂️ Но я благодарю всех своих тренеров,с кем мне удалось поработать за время карьеры в бассейне! Далее ещё много воспоминаний : тренировки,выполнение МС и МСМК,Европа,жажда попасть на Олимпиаду...
