Breakfast for lunch vibes featuring my absolute new favorite staple--toasted walnut cilantro pesto ♂️
My gosh this stuff is seriously so addicting I had to stop myself from eating it entirely with a spoon I spooned this mixture over veggie burgers the other night and loaded the rest in my avo for a punch of flavor I also tried air frying my gnocchi for the first time and it came out absolutely amazing Perfectly crispy on the outside while the interior was still light and fluffy. Get everything in one bite and it will actually be the best thing you've ever eaten Sharing the pesto recipe below! Hope you all are having an awesome week

Ingredients (Just pulse everything in a food processor/blender)
1 bunch of cilantro
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp dry toasted walnuts (don't skip toasting them!)
3 cloves chopped garlic
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1-2 tbsp water to thin if needed

▶️ 2 eggs fried in ghee and seasoned with EBTB seasoning (WHY HAVEN'T I DONE THIS BEFORE) + 1/2 an avocado stuffed with cilantro pesto + hemp seeds + red pepper flakes + air fried gnocchi (just sprayed with @chosenfoods avo oil and cooked at 400F for about 15 min)

Home! Back from another magical trip to Asheville, and I’m always amazed how tiring a long drive can be! Whipped up a simple spaghetti for me and @stephen_richards_jr using @raoshomemade marinara, which I doctor up with extra garlic, touch of sriracha, a glug of @primalkitchenfoods ketchup, some freshly grated Parmesan & pinches of salt and pepper. I also like to add some frozen organic spinach to the sauce to amp up the nutrition factor. If you keep frozen pesto cubes around like I do, thaw out a few of those for serving! Ps this isn’t sponsored, I just think @raoshomemade is the most delicious store-bought sauce!
