Поговорим о #barre? ⠀⠀⠀ Обучалась этому направлению я в Нью-Йорке еще в ноябре 2018 в школе Barre Intensity, которая постоянно ездит по разным штатам, но хотела я попасть именно в НЙ и я думаю все догадываются почему ⠀⠀⠀ Узнала о нем я уже достаточно давно, просто наткнувшись на видео балерины, которая делала настолько красивые упражнения, что я не смогла оторваться от экрана ⠀⠀⠀ Это уникальное в своём роде направление, так как упражнения берутся в основном из пилатеса, йоги, балета, но адаптируются под фитнес для любого возраста и любых возможностей тела ⠀⠀⠀ Я очень люблю барре за проработку каждой мышцы тела, даже давно забытой, практически в каждом упражнении включаются внутренние мышцы-стабилизаторы ⠀⠀⠀ В каждом упражнении обязательно нужно держать спину прямой, что не оставит тебя в дальнейшем без красивой ровной танцевальной осанки ⠀⠀⠀ Готова ответить на любые ваши вопросы касательно барре
