Puh, dieses Brei- Ding habe ich mir wirklich leichter vorgestellt. Anfänglich habe ich noch gekocht, mittlerweile probiere ich allerhand Gläschen durch, in der Hoffnung was zu finden, was Carla schmeckt und das dann frisch zu kochen. Doch, egal ob Kartoffel, Süßkartoffel, Pastinake, Karotte, Früh-Karotte, Fenchel, Fleisch oder Obst, pur oder durcheinander - gewürgt wird immer. Und wenn nicht gewürgt wird, dann wird regelmäßig alles vom Löffel gepustet. Manchmal gehen ein paar Löffel rein und ich schöpfe Hoffnung und beim nächsten Mal ist wieder alles ekelig. Bis auf Getreidebrei mit Milch findet hier nicht sonderlich viel Anklang. Was mich dann leider, insbesondere an Tagen an denen wir viel unterwegs sind, auf Milchbrei zurückgreifen lässt, damit sie irgendwas in festerer Form zu sich nimmt. Alles auch nicht Sinn der Sache. Vielleicht sollte ich mir auch grundsätzlich weniger Druck machen. Ich möchte sie definitiv zu nichts zwingen. Wenn Carla nicht mag, dann ist das nun mal so. Es ist okay. Ich habe einiges probiert und kann es sogar fast nachvollziehen Ich gebe mir weiterhin Mühe, es ihr jeden Tag anzubieten und zu mehr sehe ich mich momentan nicht in der Lage. Ich stille sie nebenher so gut es geht, ernähre mich ausgewogen aber leider reicht die Milch nicht mehr um sie vollends zu sättigen insofern muss ich ihr ebenfalls Milch zu füttern. Das nimmt sie glücklicherweise total gut an. Ich hoffe, alles andere kommt mit der Zeit. Wie klappt es bei euren Kindern mit dem Brei essen? Habt Ihr Tipps? Oder könnt was empfehlen? Aqua wipes #AD We have kindly been sent these @aqua_wipes to try out. We have been using them for a week now and they have really been amazing. Made from 99% purified water and dermatologically tested these are great for sensitive skin. Effie would always come up in a rash around her mouth after using other brands but so far these haven’t. Free from parabens, perfumes and other chemicals means they reduce the chance of skin irritation. I’m so happy we have tried these and will be buying more once these run out. RECETA TORTAS DE CALABACÍN . . ✔️Desde los 6 meses (si ya han probado cada ingrediente por separado o les falta 1 por probar) ✔️3 Grupos nutricionales: Hortalizas y Verdura | Cereal | Huevo ✔️Opción sin huevo: sustituir por 1 cda. de chía + 3 cdas de agua (previo reposo 5-10 min) . . INGREDIENTES para 4 tortas: 1/2 calabacín grande o 1 entero pequeño 1/4 cebolla blanca 1 diente de ajo 1 huevo Eco (o su sustituto si aún no lo ha probado o tiene alergia) albahaca fresca 2 cdas de avena en copos . . PROCEDIMIENTO: Rayamos el calabacín con la parte ancha de un rayador convencional, la cebolla y el ajo. batimos el huevo picamos la albahaca fresca (yo utilice albahaca en especie porque no tenia fresca, también es válido) Mezclamos con el huevo (o con la chia activada en caso de no utilizar huevo) todos los ingredientes y añadimos la avena. Ponemos en una sartén (la que usemos solo para tortillas) un chorrito de AOVE y vertemos parte de la mezcla cocinamos a fuego lento/medio hasta que doren o estén totalmente cocinadas. . . Puedes doblar las cantidades para conseguir más tortas Puedes cocinarlas todas y guardar para el día siguiente en la nevera . .
