Приветствую всех! Сегодня хочу поделиться с вами частью моего опыта. Если хочешь быть успешным в современном мире, нужно очень много успевать. Вы знаете сколько проектов, например, у меня? Это и Галактика, и Орбитальный город Efir, KOSMOS FOUNDATION и другие технологические разработки в Галактике. Всё это требует времени и энергии…☝ Так как же успевать за всем? Вот несколько советов: • Расставьте приоритеты. Выберете, что из всего для вас наиболее важно и в первую очередь концентрируйтесь на этом. • MINDMAP. Каждый год составляю для себя mindmap своих проектов, целей и дальнейшего развития. • А ещё составляю промежуточные mindmap по текущим задачам, а также по личному развитию. • Вдохновение. Черпаю его из новой информации, из интересного общения, от новых впечатлений. • Планируй и анализируй! Подвожу итоги прошедшей недели и снова составляю план на будущую. • Один в поле не воин. Соберите себе крутую команду. Каждый член команды должен четко знать и выполнять свою роль. Избавьтесь от тунеядцев. Надеюсь, что вам пригодятся эти советы. During pregnancy I treat my diet just like a detective treats an investigation. It’s important for me to balance out my meals in order to get all the healthy nutrients. ⠀ The rules are simple: - I drink water regularly - Treat myself to natural homemade smoothies - Don’t go overboard with fruits and say “yes” to them in the first half of the day - Eat a lot of vegetables - Include plenty of protein in my diet: meat, fish, eggs - Ignore sweet or wheat foods ⠀ ❤️I try to listen to my body, not to eat a lot in order to escape from boredom or negativity and to get pleasure from eating: for myself and for my baby)
