Seated Dumbbell Curls⁣ Click @mitakadi_ for more⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Tag a friend who does this⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Yeah, I know. I've already posted a video on the seated dumbbell curls. However, there's something else I want to emphasize here - the difference between curling with one arm at a time and with both at the same time.⁣ ⁣ Technically speaking both are correct and I alternate between them. I do it with one arm at a time when I want to use more weight and I'm going for muscle growth. I can inflict more damage, which will eventually transfer into more growth. With that being said, the pump on a simultanious curl is so much better. If you are doing drop sets, curling with both hands is also more effective.⁣ ⁣ If you are wondering why I've put the ❌, it's because in the wrong video I am focusing way too much on checking the gains. I am slightly twisting my body and obviously my head to check if the biceps are growing... instead of just looking forward and checking my form in the mirror. And when you start checking yourself like in the wrong video, you can bet you are curling with way too much weight. Because you know... ego ⁣ ⁣ Anyway, make sure that whichever method you prefer, it fits your goal.
