I’ve been there too my friend, I struggled e.v.e.r.y.d.a.y when I was looking in the mirror since I was young. I don't have many pictures bc I was hiding behind the camera most of the time. And, if I wasn’t in the good angle, I would never post/use that picture EVER.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
YES, I tried ALL the diets in the world...you name it
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Did I get results with them? Sure, I lost pounds in and there, but they came back with extra pounds to me after a couple of months.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In 2018, I started to do different workouts from home just for 30 minutes a day with my 2-lb. dumbbells! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I followed a simple flexible meal plan, drank my shake, and enjoyed pizza, ice-cream, and birthday cakes in all of the parties I was invited.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now I love to be in front of the camera and take lots of pictures at any angle.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I'm not saying it'll be easy. There will probably be tears at some point, but I'll be the biggest cheerleader in your journey, & even give you a {soft} kick in the pants when you need it

If you live in midwest, maybe like me you are SO ready for winter to give way to spring and stop snowing. But, just when you thought there could not be any more snow, new sprinkles made everywhere white again.

It is obvious that I am quite ready to warmer days, lighter clothes, and greener garden!
The wisdom I get from these changes makes me pay more attention to the nature. No matter how fast the scenery changes or slow, nature can be a perfect example of our lives. Right
A Healthy Relationship with Food and Eating Habits go a looooooong way toward helping people achieve their weight management/maintenance goals.
When you eat food for fuel and give your body a daily dose of nutrition, you are free from emotional eating.
